Must I start over?

It really is up to me...starting over. The real question is: can I live with this recording?
I was just not happy with the sound I was getting, so I decided to experiment with a different mic-ing technique. This time, true stereo mic-ing using a matched pair of small diaphragm condensers.

I like this sound! It's much more natural and more forgiving. I switched to using a pick as well - I was concerned about overpowering my previous recording with too much treble if I used a pick. This new configuration works very well with it.

So, after hearing this new sound, must I start over?

I won't be happy if I don't.....
